Meet Marcella
Founder, MB Coaching & Consulting
Marcella is a seasoned, values-based leader and passionate fundraising professional with experience spanning 15 years. She has dedicated her career to mission-driven work for a variety of nonprofit organizations ranging from large, national charities like the American Red Cross to local, community based organizations like the Marin Agricultural Land Trust. She is proud to have built, strengthened, and led successful annual, major and planned giving programs, capital campaign initiatives and coached teams to fundraising success. Through her consulting and coaching practice, Marcella aims to broaden her impact by working with individuals and teams seeking to become more strategic, confident and collaborative development professionals. Marcella will work tirelessly to help remove roadblocks, identify areas of growth and opportunity, innovate problem solving and strategies all with the aim of creating and refining fundraising programs to help you and your team meet and exceed your goals.
